Review post

I am smiling while I am writing this review post for a blog at http://www.judychow.blogspot.com/. Why? Because the blog belongs to my dear friend who inspires me to take up blogging seriously. Yes, through her blog I got the inspiration to start a blog of my own.

Her blog does not only contains many personal life posting of her cute little boy especially, but also very informative and helpful as well. You can find a lot of information on her blog such as food reviews, health info, cooking recipe or lessons, travel info and also her personal experience which she gracefully shares. I have always enjoy reading her blog and never bores of it. You should find out for youself by clicking here.

Male Pregnancy?

Yep, you heard it right. The title is true. There is a website on the internet which feature the news and insight of the "First Male Pregnancy". Have you heard of this before? It's not the about the movie title Junior featuring Arnold Schwarzenegger in it. I am talking about real man, a male gender homo sapiens, pregnant here. Well, I haven't heard of it until now.

Here is the website http://www.malepregnancy.com/ featuring the news and information on the first claimed male pregnancy. The website even have interviews, research contents, science of male pregnancy, documentary film, message board, news and press release, etc... The featured person is called Mr. Lee. As posted in the message board by Liz from the United Kingdom "This is against God. Mr. Lee is a sick man. Repent now before it's too late. You sick, sick people. God will pay you back for this evil you have created. REPENT! REPENT!" I competely agree with her. What on earth are they doing? Going against God's creation in the name of science?

Certaintly God has a very good reason why only women should be the one bearing children. It is not up to us to decide the option because we are not the one who created the human existance in the first place. Even if a wife is unable to conceive a child, I really don't think that we should even consider letting the husband be the one taking over the responsibility of child bearing from the wife. As I was viewing the documentary film on the website there, I wasn't perplexed and I don't feel excited about the whole idea of the research being done. All I can think of is how is Mr. Lee going to answer God when judgement day comes. He is really a sick man to have succumb himself into the research in the first place. Those people who funded it are sick too.

I am really not against science and medical advancement, but this? I really have to strongly object! This is against nature and immoral. Think of the child who were to be born into this world if the research really succeded. The child would definately be the subject of public display and scrutiny. Born out of research, not out of love. Guys, I really would like to know... would you like your body to be altered, to be pregnant and give birth to your own child?

You all really have to read this message board. Thank God there are still many people who thinks this is wrong. What say you?

PayPerPost

I have also just signed up for PayPerPost, which also pays me for blogging. It can also help me drive traffic to my blogsite hence I could share my message of love more effectively. PayPerPost was recommended by a friend of mine, Judy, which also spends her time blogging at home. Well, since she has become a full time mommy and at home all the time, she has started on this "trend" of internet blogging and earning some $$$ on it. Unlike her, I do have a day to day job but I am really facinated by the idea now as I see more and more people joining the band wagon of trying to earn some money through their blog. But many are like her, a full-time housewife could have more time to spend on blogging and hence, they could earn more. I am now trying out to see how much I could really make extra monthly, through this new venture I am now in.

At the beginning, I was a bit sceptic on how it really works or how much can you actually earn through blogging. But after hearing my friend's testimonies and also seeing many others has done it, I am really up into it now. It's really no harm trying to earn some little extra now and then isn't it? It can help me increase my savings and also have a higher spending power if I succeed. My only obstacles now is finding time in doing it. Well, when there's a will, there's a way. So, wish me all the best to the money blogging community! hehehe.....

Place of interest: France

France is one of the famous country in Western Europe. Because of the geometric shape of its territory, French people often refer to Metropolitan France as L'Hexagone (The "Hexagon"). I am most facinated by the many historical places and famous arcitecture buildings that can be found in France. If I have the opportunity to go for holiday in Europe, I would love to go to Paris, the capital city of France. Paris is also known as one of the most romantic city in the world where couple would choose to go for their honeymoon.

The cost of going to France for a holiday is indeed seems very expensive to me. Well, with the Malaysian ringgit to Euro currency exchange rate I cannot afford it yet. I think if you were to travel there without joining a tour agency, it can cost much cheaper and you would have plenty of time visiting your favourite place of interest there. But one of the most difficult thing of going there without a comprehansive tour package is finding the best and cheapest hotels rate in France. Well, not only in France alone but also in any other part of the world.

The Louvre is one of the French capital’s most renowned sites. It is formerly the residence of the Kings of France. It is now one of the world greatest museums. Its exhibition areas are divided into eight major sections: Near Eastern Antiquities; Egyptian Antiquities; Greek, Etruscan and Roman Antiquities; Islamic Art; Sculptures; Decorative Arts, Paintings and Prints and Drawings. The best known of the Louvre’s extensive art collection is undoubtedly its most oft-visited and famous painting, Leonardo da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, located in the Renaissance Italian Paintings section. The Winged Victory of Samothrace, the celebrated headless statue with outspread wings, and the Venus de Milo are two of the most frequently viewed Greek statues, while the Seated Scribe is one of the most emblematic pieces in the Egyptian Antiquities section.

If you ever go to France, you must go Paris to visit the Eiffel Tower too. When we see/ hear/ talk about the Eiffel Tower, everyone knows that it is a symbol of France. You can have a dinner and a Moulin Rouge Show at the Eiffel Tower. If I am not mistaken, it is better if you book for the Moulin Rouge Show fo avoid dissapointment of tickets being sold out. There are many hotels in Paris which you can choose from and one thing for sure, you can almost definately get to view the Eiffel Tower from your Paris Hotel if you ever choose to stay there.

The next place I want to introduce is The Lido. Bonheur» (Happiness): the title sets the tone for the revue at the Lido which is the famous cabaret on the Champs Elysées. From one tableau to the next, you will follow the story of a woman in search of happiness: against a background of soft, stirring music, lights and other special effects, the Bluebell Girls illuminate the stage with their sumptuous costumes and sensual choreographies created by Pierre Rambert. Whether you see the show on its own or with dinner, the 26th revue of the Lido promises several hours of « Happiness »!

There are many more nice and interesting places to visit in France which I have not discribe it here. I have some pictures of some of those interesting places to visit which I would like to share it here.

Cruelty in our society

Ever wonder how our country's society is turnning into? Either good or bad, I can't help but wonder what have become of our people living in a progressive city, in a new technology savy environment, in a new world. I would like to point our view on this topic which makes me ponder upond the value of our moral and human sense these days.

Very recently we heard a lot of news reported young innocent child was killed by their own family members. I really could not understand how a mother can kill their own flesh and blood. Most animals has more sense than this. Really! No doubt, these things started happening a long time ago since ancient time, and it really doesn't come as a surprise that it is really happening now. But the sad thing is, it seems to be comming more rampant in our society of modern thinking and cultured values. Over the past one month, I read about these kind of heartbreaking news on the newspaper.

Cops seek mum’s help in investigation
Abused toddler: Father freed, mom expected to be charged

I wonder what have become of our society these days. With the wide spread of religion everywhere and not to forget we were all being thought about moral subjects in school, yet these unmoral things such as child abuse and worst of all, killing off a helpless child can still happen so frequently over the years. It is really hard for me to understand what really goes into the mind of a mother who can inflict such pain and sufferings to their own child. Is it because of stess? anger? hatred? Whatever it is, abusing or killing is defenitely wrong.

Over one and a half year ago, I bought a cute little Australian Silky Terrier. She's so cute and adorable and I can love her unconditionally. If one day she have to leave this world, I cannot imagine what a big impact it has on me to have to deal with the lost physically and emotionally. I think I would probably need to take a few days off mourning my lost. What more if it were my own child? That's why I could not comprehend ones abuse or killing their own child.

I think the problem lies back to our teaching at our own home. When a child is born, they first learn the correct value and moral etique at home through their parents or guardian. Love should be shown and tought starting at home. We should not just fully rely on others to teach and educate our children.

People are directing their priority further from home now a days. We are becoming more career minded, money minded, more selfish, and lack the sensitivity of humanitarian values. Whether you realize it or not, more and more people thinks that if you are kind, sensitive, showing love, campassion and giving in is consider weak. One have to be cruel to others in order to out shown others to acheive great success in life, so to speak. Rule for surviving, some may call it. If these bad value were left unattended, what would become of the world in the future? I can imagine people will become more and more selfish and more and more cruel. Who want to survive living in a bad bad world?

I believe, the solution lies in the first thing which hold true to our human existance. It is love. It is because of God's love that we were created. It is because of God's unconditional and unfailling love that keep us alive. It is because of God's grace and mercy that we were not condemn to death right away when we sin. As human, we all are capable of loving one another. God want us to love one another and live in a nice and peaceful condition. Why spoil it away?

If you understand the power of what love can do, you would realize that you can achieve much more in life and would be able to live a happy fruitful life!

Trying out new things....

Not too long ago, I heard from my friend about bloggers able to earn extra income just from blogging their favourite things. I was quite interested to tried out on it after hearing her testimony that they really pay her out for advertising some entry on her blog. She recommended Blogsvertise.

It's very simple. Just need to get yourself registered, get approved and they will send task for you to write about on your blog to help advertisers advertise their product/ services at your blogsite. You may write it whichever way you like and just add at least 3 links to the website being advertised at your blog entry. By doing so, Blogsvertise will pay you for writing about the advertisers website.

Although Blogsvertise is not a Malaysian base company who can pay you directly to your Malaysian bank account, it is good that they use PayPal to transfer payment to you instead. It is more secure that way.

Well... I have now just registered and waiting for Blogsvertise to approved me so that I can start earning some $$$$$....

Calories counting watchers

This post is suitable for those who are always on diet and counted their calories intakes everytime they put something into their mouth.

Please note: I AM NOT ONE OF THEM. As a matter of fact, I have just had a bag of french fries to compliment my lunch and I averagely have it at least once a week for lunch. French fries is always my favourite dispite the gruesome fact that it does to your healthy diet. But I don't really care. Hahaha....

I think if you were to count your calories intake each and everytime you eat, it would takes away all your enjoyment of eating, especially something that really taste really good. Not to mention you have to memorise the calories count if not all, some of the normal food that you usually eat. I think I would be crazy if I were to do that! To me, the best way is eat everything moderately.

Anyway, it's no harm on knowing the total calories count on your favourite food. Here is some of the list I have info on. The good thing about this list is it comes with the pictures of the food, which makes it even more tempting to be eaten. Hehehe.....

My plan on 08.08.08

I got another tag from LemonJude. Hmm... this tag is not really that easy to do because I have to think ahead and probably start doing some planning. So, what am I going to do on the EIGHT OF AUGUST, YEAR TWO THOUSAND EIGHT? Sorry... just feel like spelling all that out.

Well... my sister got married on the special day of 07.07.07. And for those who know me, they would probably ask me whether I would get married on 08.08.08 or how about 09.09.09 ? But since I am older than my sister, most of them would ask me whether I would choose to get married on the 8th of August next year. Well, in this subject of marriage, I really don't know.... I think most probably that won't be happening on that special date. If you ask me why, to be honest, I really don't know how to answer that. It depends on circumstances I think.

Ok. Here's what I would love to do on the 8th of August next year... It would be great if I could go for a holiday to some nice holiday spot preferably out of the country if it is within my budget. I won't want to be holidaying alone, so I would definately going to spend my holiday with my loved ones. It has been so long since I had my last holiday trip. All the while I had been working and just spend time at home even when I am on annual leaves. It would really be great if I could really go for a nice, enjoying and relaxing holiday with my loved ones on that special date.

Now I would like to know what some of my friend would plan to do on the 8th of August next year:

Gone July, Come August

Wow! It's August now. Look how time flies.... Always when it reaches August, it will soon be December in no time. Since 1st August, I had been busy the past 3 days working and never had time to blog - got a new job to be programmed by Friday. Well, I'm glad I've programmed it on time and had since submitted for the testing yesterday.

Hmm... thinking of August this year, there is a few pre-planed item that need to be done.

  • 8th Aug - Remember to send data for GHS project
  • 14th Aug - Go to hospital in the morning for blood test
  • 21st Aug - Go to hospital in the morning for test result report and doctor's consultation
  • One fine Saturday - Meeting up with friends

Well, I can't remember what I did last August. Probably had been busy working and had a boring weekends.... But one thing for sure, I still have my sister around sharing our room together last August.
